Official records state Ranquari earned his pilot license just over nine years ago. After a reasonable career as part of AWM and the Ka-tet Alliance in nullsec, he returned to the Caldari Sate Protectorate before being deemed redundant and put into cold storage. Awaking from over six years of slumber that only seemed to last minutes, Ranquai could not recognize his own face... as if it were resculped while he slept. There were missing memories... he could tell you the mechanics of hitting a fly with a cruise missle at 100km, but not why he joined the Protectorate, or what a "d-scan" is (or even why you'd want to do that). As reparations for the memory loss and the years in storage, the Protectorate granted Ranquari 2.1M skill points. Angry and disoriented, Ranquari left the Protectorate to begin a new career in pirating. He bides his time, hoping one day to unravel the mystery of his missing past... an perhaps to exact revenge on those responsible.
