#77; A failed experiment which escaped the CONCORD maximum security laboratory in area 51 many years ago. #77's development costs exceeded over 450 billion ISK, and it is still not known how it escaped. Scientists were all found dead, scattered over the floors of the laboratory, and there were no witnesses to see what had happened. The experiment was much stronger than thought to be in the early stages of development.
There have been many more experiments since, however, none of them have been able to control the incredible power #77 has, mentally or physically.
The experiment was thought to be dead, until recently rumours indicated the experiment was still alive, travelling through the deep space of New Eden. This experiment is extremely dangerous and must be terminated.
#77 is not known to be violent or aggressive, but rather manipulative. It manipulates others into doing its biddings, can be very dangerous when encountered.
