Josef Turner was created in the labs of the Science and Technology Acadmey as part of the Caldari State breeding program. Trained at an early age as a researcher, Josef quickly showed a penchant for military tactics and strategic systems rather then the scientific studies his creators intedned. As such Josef quickly abandoned the scientific training to focus on studies under Caldari Rear Admiral Volonin Vox.
