Not much is known about Average Bob's origons. Although he was born an aristocratic family somewhere in northwest Minimatar space, he shunned his family's fame and power for the life of a pod pilot. He chose the name Averge Bob after a careful look at his family history. He found that all of his presumptuous or egotistical family members died an early death. His father's sister, who called herself "Tyrill the Great," was assasinated by a rival at age 29. His mother's brother, self styled "Randall the Terrible" contracted xenmotosis under suspicious circumstances at age 19. To prolong his own life and seal his break with his family Average Bob legally changed his name a few days before he became a pod pilot.
