After graduating from the Republic University at the age of 15, Vicky set out among the stars to put her brilliant mind to work as a scientific researcher at a Federation laboratory. Even though she came up with some remarkable innovations she was constantly passed up for promotion by her better connected peers. She eventually left the labs behind to pursue her fortune on the space lanes as a trader.
