" PVP is completely manageable except: 4 days before/after a patch, 2 hours after DT, Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays, weekdays from 20:00 to 4:00, not within 50 jumps of a battle exceeding 100v100, not within 10 jumps of Jita or Rens, 7 days before/after Christmas or other major holidays, between college semester end and startup, running multiple clients, sound enabled, multiple carriers with fighters deployed, at POSs, immediately following jumping into a system, immediately following a hostile gang jumping into system, while your gang is converted to a fleet, immediately following a Titan jump bridge, immediately following cyno activation, or with effects enabled.
So if you avoid all those situations, server stability and lag should never hinder your pvp experience."
