R&D Agent Basics: Train Science 5. Raise faction
with a corp that has R&D section. Find an agent
an train at least 1 lvl in a shared field/skill. Then
sign on with him. Optionally, do his daily missions
for extra day's worth of rp.
rp's are basically lotto tickets for when CCP
decides to add more bpo's to the game.
rp's/day = (Agent's skill Lvl + Your skill lvl in that
field) ^ 2 * ( 1 + Agent's Effective Quality/100)

with you, F10 / right click / display settings
/ stars / my agents. The green dots are
agents that will talk to you. Move mouse
over a dot for information on the agents in
that system.
To find agents to work with in a specific
corporation, pull up the corporation's
information (search People & Places, or [i] in the station
they own), and check out the 'agents' tab. It shows agents
in the corp by division.
You can find what agents are available by
looking at your charactersheet, under
standings. Right click on the Corp and select owner info
and then look under the agent tab

You can start using level 2 agents when
you Faction or Corporation standing hits 1.0
NOTE: This is faction/corp standing, not agent standing.
You can then use level 2 quality -20
agents, to use higher quality agents, add
0.05/quality step.
