His name was orginally a nick-name that caught on because he was always cold: It didn't matter how hot it actually was, Burr would still be cold. He enjoyed work detail that involved radiation levels that would make others sick for weeks. The odd part was that despite the fact that he could not remember who he was, he always had all the right text book answers, "Check with Burr, he's always right." It seemed like every time somebody went to Burr for an answer he was always working with blindingly bright radioactive equipment, "It's always too bright where he works!" and thus...Burr Right..
