William travelled with his family, earning experience, mastering the art of diplomacy since the earliest ages of his life. At the age of 22 he graduated from Federal Navy Academy, back at Dodenvale. Despite all expectations William decided to postpone the civil service and chose the path of the honest labor. Perhaps he will continue doing what he is meant to do one day and will serve Gallente Federation once like his father did, and his father's father.
