Xander Baligo is a self trained Freighter and Industrial pilot. He was under hte employment of Heimatar Industries Group where he met Colonial Burton. Being loyal to Colonial Burton, Xander followed him to every corporation he would go to. After hearing about his current wifes father, he decided to stay with Jessica and the others of Colonial Burtons friends and look after them however he could.
