None of this is really new. Ever since PL lost their sov in Fountain they have been vultures. Moving around, feeding on dead or dying enemies and feeling good about themselves. Or parasites if you like that term instead. The only reason most people don't notice is because Jeff is a much better, more likeable spinmaster than the Mittani ever was.
