Fudge's Boosting Fleet
My fleets are a free service provided for the Corp and Alliance Members. Tips are appreciated, due to the time, costs of the Heavy Water, and Scripts for Boostng.
Rules:
1. NO Jet Can Mining!!! This involves jettisoning a can to put your ores in. This action can cause the fleet members to become suspects and cause the lose of ships, including the Porpoise or Orca. If I see a can in the belt next to your ship, I will remove you from fleet.
2. Mine your own rocks. Do not Target and mine a rock someone else is already Mining, even if they only have Drones on the rock. The only exception is if we are cleaning up the rocks to move to another belt.
3. Do Not Mine the rocks near the Orca. These rocks are reserved for the Orca's Drones. This is the only mining she can do while boosting and part of her income to negate the time and cost of the Fleets.
Mining Tips When in Fleet:
Compresion - Compressed ore sells for a bit more, and weighs less than regular ore.
During my ops I have Compression running a majority of the time.
a. Select the ore in your hold.
b. Right click and choose Compress
c. Click the compress button on the next screen.
Boosting Range = 61km
Stay within 61km of my ship to recieve boosts. This will increase your yeild, mining speed and mining range.
Mining Logistically - Where you mine and how you mine can increase your yeild.
a. Mine the closest rocks to you with Mining Drones. (Maximizes the efficiency of your mining Drones by reducing travel time.)
b. Put your Lasers on two different rocks at the edge of the belt.
c. Work your way by mining closer and closer until the belt is cleared.
