Pargeo was born as very young. The sheer fact that he was born wasn't without consequences. From the shock he couldn't speak 3 years. At an early age he was interested in lots of things, namely astrology, astronomy, geophysics, nuclear science and mechanics. Maybe that is a reason he decided to have something weird implanted in his head. History will show if that was a good thing.
At the age of 14 he came to incredible discovery. He noticed that everyone has a photographic memory, and some have just run out of film. Gallente people exiled him from home because of that discovery and he found a home away from home in Nakri, in the offices of Hegemony Enterprises.
Rest of his future remains to be seen, but in 1 fact he is absolutely sure: He will live until the very end of his life.
