Bio
CONCORD-Unverified Pilot Bio — Combat Era Edition
Recently deployed to null with Phoenix.
Came for “a few fleets.”
Stayed for the killmails, questionable pings, and the realization that sleep is a highsec luxury item.
Quote of the week:
“If local spikes and nobody panics, you’re already dead.”
Quote of today:
“Doctrine is temporary. Killmails are forever. Reddit is immediate.”
Service Record
Joined null expecting strategic warfare.
Discovered it mostly consists of:
– warping to pings
– holding on a titan
– being told to broadcast earlier
– and someone linking a Reddit thread mid-fleet
Phoenix space delivered exactly what was advertised:
content, chaos, and the occasional reminder that somewhere, someone is already writing a very confident post-analysis about a fight that hasn’t even finished loading grid.
Arrived with ships.
Left with experience and a suspiciously healthy killboard.
Somewhere in between, learned that “just one more fleet” is the most dangerous sentence in New Eden.
Operational Observations
– If it’s not on zKill, it didn’t happen.
– If it is on zKill, someone will still argue about it.
– Standing fleet is a lifestyle choice.
– Intel channels move faster than light but still too slow.
– Every ping marked “optional” is mandatory.
– Every ping marked “form now” means you have 30 seconds to find your pod.
– There is always one pilot out of position. It is usually me.
– If the FC says “this will be quick,” clear your schedule.
– If command says “no escalation,” prepare for escalation.
– If Reddit says you lost, you definitely won something.
Field Quotes Collected in Active Space
“Who lit that cyno and why is it on us?”
“Anchor up. No, the other anchor. No, not that one either.”
“Broadcast earlier.”
“Fleet, hold cloak. Fleet… why are you decloaked?”
Reddit Survival Doctrine
Step 1: Appear in a battle report.
Step 2: Do not read comments.
Step 3: Read comments anyway.
Step 4: Realize half the commenters weren’t there.
Step 5: Undock again.
Remember:
Every major nullsec event has three outcomes —
what happened,
what the FC says happened,
and what /r/eve insists happened.
Only one of these includes accurate numbers.
