IceEclipse is wanted by the amarrian government after escaping one of their slave genetic testing facilities in kamela. Originally created to be a mercernary for the amarrian militia, It took the scientists years to create the perfect weapon. The Implant psycologist that attemted to insert a neural mind control device in him was found dead with a scalpel in his left temple. None was seen nor heard of IceEclipse until his brutal destruction of the facility he was created at 7 years ago. He liberated the 243 slaves still in captivity, and disappeared once again. After rumors of his appearance at a Tribal Liberation Force public meeting, he has resurfaced and is now at large with the amarrian government once again.
