With the paths choosen there will always be roads not travel.
With all the hatred and war mongering that's been going on for the past years few people still see peace and co-existance as an option.
I'm one of those few. Often the internal strifes within each soverign nation seem to simply be pointed toward an opposing faction. Thus jugding people to be a certain way rather then taking the time to know the people behind the faces.
In fact it's something I see in my dayly work as a freelance agent, some factions tend to expect me to in nationalistic pride to go put some dents into someone rather then build a bridge of understanding. Yet I still have hope.
There's still elements of destructive and exploitive forces within each faction where my combat skills and eternal soul do more good then harm and mistrust.
But as the old saying: If you wanna change the world, make a difference
