First encountered in this region of space in 2006.12.17. He is said to be
Caldari of the Deteis Family, but that is just a front from what Intel
discovered when his clone was first made. His genetic structure matches
none of our know races or families. Some believe him to be decendent of
some of the first settlers after the wormhole collapse, and some believe
him to be part of a most secret organisation that originates from earth
that has indeed found another means to travel to and from this region.
This orginisation only known DOT (Meaning Unkonwn) are believed to have
intetionally have closed the wormhole, and trapped biliions in this region
as a massive science experiment. Reasons and motives unknown.
Investigations have led nowhere, since all Investigating officers have failed to
report in and all DNA references of mentioned officers have sincedissapeared
without a trace. Although we know that Terror Byter is somehow invloved,
no evidence traces back to him, and we believe that there are others out
there like his kind aiding him in what ever mission he is set out to do.
We have given up our efforts of investigation and hope that something will
turn up giving us a clue as how and where to proceed next. Since he holds
a clean record and his efforts in aiding numerous Caldari orginisations, he
seems to pose no threat. We have no justified reason on ordering the arrest
of Terror Byter, however we do recommend extreme caution when dealing
with him.

The Caldari Home Affairs Dep, in joint efforts with the Caldari Navy would
appreciate any confirmable information regading Terror Byter and his true
origins.
