Data sites with sleepers all start with the following word: Unsecured or Superior
Relic sites with sleepers all start with the following word: Forgotten


All other data and relic sites in 'Unknown' wormholes (C1-C3) are now 00-style exploration sites and have no NPC

C4 - C6 Wormholes are all guarded.
