The three Raveneyes sisters, TIlanali, Baihua, and Tildana, were sold into slavery as very young children. Tilanali, the oldest, kept them together by any means over the years. Due to shared fate, she eventually brought Charlon Berthas into the circle of her sisters. Ever watchful, Tila learned many lessons from her captors. Ultimately, she put those lessons to work and secretly sabotaged the ships of her captors, resulting in most of their deaths.

Thinking they were under a massive attack, her captors retreated to their emergency shelter on a nearby moon, taking their slaves with them. That night, Tila and Charlon escaped their bonds and, with great stealth, killed the remaining captors in their sleep. After freeing their sisters and the rest of the slaves, they took the balance of their captor's isk and sold off the remaining assets.
