Uncle Han Chao never planned to become a CEO.

He simply visited the corporation one afternoon, noticed nobody was watching it, and said, “This is how people lose expensive things.”

Several forms, three cups of tea, and one suspiciously fast corporate vote later, Uncle Han was officially placed in charge of Triton Dynamics LLC.

As CEO, Uncle Han’s responsibilities include guarding the corporation, ignoring recruitment applications, inspecting hangars for “unnecessary spending,” and reminding capsuleers that every lost ship was the result of poor planning.

Although Triton Dynamics is currently closed, Uncle Han remains fully committed to protecting its future. He believes a corporation should be treated like a family business: preserved carefully, opened only when the time is right, and never handed to someone who says, “Trust me, I have a plan.”

His management style is simple:

“Do not rush. Do not panic. Do not fly what you cannot replace. Also, who left this ship uninsured?”

Uncle Han can usually be found in the corporate office drinking tea, reviewing old records, and staring silently at questionable asset transfers until the responsible pilot begins to feel guilty.

He is not currently recruiting.

He is not currently expanding.

He is not currently interested in your exciting new wormhole proposal.

But he is listening.

And somehow, that is worse.
