Bio
Recovered from a ruined capsuleer wreck drifting through the shattered pockets of Venal, the body now known as Jakkalas Toon should have remained a corpse. The original pilot died far from any cloning facility, their identity erased by fire and vacuum. But the wreck was claimed by forces loyal to Jakkalas, a notorious Guristas ace pilot feared for his precision strikes, impossible escapes, and ruthless ingenuity.
Jakkalas did not seek to resurrect the dead pilot. He sought to create an asset.
Using battlefield salvage, stolen Sisters of EVE neural scaffolding, Caldari wetware, and the brutal improvisation that defines the Guristas, Jakkalas had the corpse rebuilt. The nervous system was reconstructed, the synaptic map overwritten, and a control lattice installed. What emerged was not the original pilot, but a composite consciousness: fragments of neural residue fused with a Guristas‑engineered behavioral core and imprinting routines designed to ensure loyalty to Jakkalas alone.
This reconstructed entity was given a new identity — Jakkalas Toon, a vessel bearing the name of its creator to mark ownership, allegiance, and purpose.
Under Jakkalas’s command, Jakkalas Toon serves as a deniable operative within New Eden. Assignments shift with the needs of the Guristas: infiltrating capsuleer organizations under a fabricated history, gathering intelligence on Caldari corporate deployments, testing experimental combat implants, laundering illicit ISK, and acting as a disposable but capable asset in operations where Guristas involvement must remain unprovable.
The reconstruction granted Jakkalas Toon several unnatural advantages. Layered neural redundancy makes its mind resistant to jamming and psychological interference. Embedded combat heuristics mirror the instincts of elite Guristas pilots — echoes of Jakkalas’s own style. Synthetic pain suppression allows the body to operate beyond normal limits. Its legal identity is a patchwork of forged CONCORD entries and stolen transponder codes, allowing it to move through New Eden unseen.
Yet the process was imperfect. Memories surface that do not belong to the construct — flashes of a life lost, phantom emotions, dreams of a ship dying in silence. A name half‑remembered. These anomalies intrigue Jakkalas, though he keeps their implications to himself.
Now Jakkalas Toon moves through New Eden as a shadow wearing a stolen face. Some whisper it is the prototype of a new class of Guristas operative
