Fruitsoup recipe for you all:
Ingredients for 10 servings
300 g red currants
300 g black currants
300 g raspberries
300 g blackberries
200 g blueberries
200 g strawberries
500 g sour cherries
350 g sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
3.5 packets vanilla pudding powder
250 g yogurt
200 ml whipping cream
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp cloves
1 pinch salt
4.5 l water
Preparation:
Place the washed, prepared fruit in a large pot and cover with approx. 4.5 liters of water.
Add the sugar, salt, and spices, and bring to a boil.
While it is boiling, mix the pudding powder with the vanilla sugar, then add the yogurt, followed by the cream, and stir until smooth. Gradually dilute the pudding powder with the boiling soup, then pour it into the soup, stirring continuously.
After boiling for a few minutes, cover to prevent the fruit from overcooking.
Add sugar to taste.
