based on a share of take schedule around what a character brought to the party.

Venture- 1\2 share
Pioneer-3\4 share
Retreiver and covetor- 1 share
Macinaw and Hulk- 1 1\4 share
Haulers 1\2 share
Porpoise 1 1\4

participation is based on 1 hr blocks of participation. when you finish you send me your clock in and clock out time based on UTC\UST. ( time in and out can be done in one mail.) Plus what you were flying
you dont clock in and out properly, you dont get paid. Delay in the clock in and out very highly likely you dont get paid. this rule will be inforced harshly as pay out takes time and i am not chasing people down, and delaying pay out for the others.


pay outs will be calculated as follows

Total volume of minerals worth in isk brought in divided by number of total hours of op.
Your share is calculated based on what you were flying. multiplied by how many hours you participated.

Total amount of share involved in any op will be determined by how many toons participate, not the human behind them. plus 1\2- 1 1\2 shares for corp. corp shares will be stated before op starts

pay outs will happen typically with in 7 days of op. goal is as soon as possible but if the min count is to great for corp to pay out immediatly, time will be needed to liquidate mins to get pay out done.

I will endeavor to up date weekly what min buy price will be here. if for any reason I do not get it done the price listed even if a week old or more will stand.
the numbers will be a hybrid of the markets of hek jita and Amarr.
