4)shooting first is not the best deplomacy. However still gets the job done.
5) Never retreat, only tactically repostion.
6)Recon By Fire ONLY works when rule number 4 fails
7) No where is safe. Not even High Sec
8)Killing someones ship slows them down. Killing their pod stop them.
9)Money is the root of all evil Everyone wants it and they will do anything to get it.
