"Bosboger again.
Dead system full of live guns.
Something poetic about that, if you're into poetry.
Saw two frigates dancing near the gate--flashes of autocannon fire, then silence.
Wrecks left floating like a warning or an invitation.
I don't stop to check anymore.
You learn quick out here: if the loot's glowing, the trap's already sprung.
Mining op was quiet enough.
Belt was picked over, but I pulled what I needed.
Got a sealed crate in the hold now--no sender, no markings, just coordinates for drop.
I don't ask questions when the pay clears and the container doesn't move on its own.
One of these days I should head back to highsec.
Let the hull rest.
Let my hands forget the tremble after every jump.
But then I look at the navboard, and it's like the ship already knows which way I'll go.
