Dorrian Voll, Son of Othrian Voll became a memeber of the Federation at a young age undergoing years of extensive training through a program which took orphaned kids and made them into capsuliars training them into the best suited career. why he was an orphane noone can seem to answer, so he scours the universe rising through the ranks of the Federation in hopes of one day finding out the truth of his parents.
