While her ethnicity is visibly from the Minmatar, Avery Nothildr (She/Her), was born from Caldarian and Minmatrian parents. She was spared the harsh life of slavery that many of her Minmatar kin were forced into, learning from her mother how to trade commodities and turn a profit from mining sought after materials.
Upon reaching adulthood, she began trying to trade without the assistance of her mother, with meager success. A few years of doing this, and after being bored with hauling, she asked her mother what else she could do to help the empire. Avery was no combat pilot at this point in her life, but she was excellent at using subterfuge. Her mother got word of a fleet of Minmatarians with valuable cargo headed to a low security system. Avery was chosen to act as an innocent citizen and use a Cynosural Field Generator to bring in a fleet to attack.\xa0
Warping to the coordinates given to her, she arrives at a planetary structure. Observing that there were no defense turrets, she pretended to have materials to drop off. She lit her Cyno when the fleet looked close enough and brought the might of the Caldari on the poor haulers. Everyone being distracted by the fight, Avery immediately left the range of the Warp Distruption Field and warped to safety. Her estranged father was killed in this fight, but she wouldn't mourn him as she hadn't known him since cutting ties to live with her mom very early in her childhood, since her dad was from the Minmatar. She would continue to do things that undermine the minmatar, but never explicitly went to war with them, and has many diplomatic ties to those unaware of her past transgressions.
