Arcadius Drakenhoff's attitude exemplifies the Khanid society, accepting technology and free trade while integrating traditional Amarrian values. Arcadius wears an inverted Amarrian symbol as an homage to Garkeh Khanid (Khanid II), showing his personal primacy over religious laws. Also, Arcadius has taken wards from all portions of New Eden, not just the Matari. He currently has taken the popular Gallente pop star Rolyat Twifs as his personal ward. Arcadius goes to great lengths to ensure his wards and all under his authority have the best quality of life, not wanting for food, shelter, education, healthcare or a sense of purpose in life.
