Cadets from the Federal Naval Academy represent the face of the Gallente Federation's military wing and are held to the highest standard of professional conduct. Leia is no exception. As a cadet she would spend hours musing about the nature of New Eden, what it represented, and what it could become. Like many star travelers, she would often get lost looking out into the infinite, feeling small, insignificant, and wondering about her place in New Eden. She poured her heart, commitment, and resolve into her traning and acceled both academically, as well as in several other areas of study. Ultimately, Leia decided she wanted to be a pillar of strength for New Eden. In her deep musings at night, she came to the conclusion... in order to be a strong pillar, she would have to take root at the very foundations of New Eden, it's ever expanding economic empire, its exploratory avenues, as well as at the base of its military crusades. The answer to her question was obvious, at the root of all things... they start with raw materials. Leia decided she would follow the path of the miner, bringing newfound wealth and bold new discoveries from the far reaches of the universe.
