Born on the dry, wind-blasted surface of Hahyil II, in the bleak Aguh constellation of Derelik, Banne Tar grew up surrounded by the harsh, unforgiving life that only an Ammatar Mandate world could provide. The deep-rooted tension between the Ammatar loyalists and the Minmatar rebels formed the backdrop of his early life, shaping him into a cold and calculating individual.
The scars of that existence were etched not just in his personality, but physically as well — Tar’s CID, face artificially pigmented an eerie white, made her a spectral figure, both feared and reviled by those who crossed his path.
His unauthorized disconnection from the FTL Communications Network was a blatant defiance of CONCORD regulations. By severing the link to the neocom systems that govern capsuleer clones, Tar stepped fully into a life of freedom, disregarding the laws that kept others in check. Her clone, now independent of the watchful eyes of CONCORD, had become Her own property, maintained through illicit means in the dark corners of empire space.
Seeking freedom from the oppression that shaped her youth, Tar found kindred spirits in the Diamond Rats. Free from corporate and governmental control, she now thrives by hijacking empire transport vessels, raiding convoys to get by in the harsh world of New Eden, carving his own path as an outlaw in the stars.
She lived by his own code, working with fellow outlaws and criminals to raid the supply lines of the empires, thriving in the chaos they created. It wasn’t about becoming rich or powerful — it was about surviving on his own terms.
