If it was you, that was shot down, remember, beeing ganked starts with your mistake.
This mistake can be as big, as flying cargo through Uedama on a busy day, or as small as to not warp away fast enough, once a unknown ship enters the system.
And sometimes your only mistake is undocking.

When you lost your ship, don't be angry, don't mourn, don't give up.
Calm yourself and analyse what happend.
What was your mistake, what could you have done differently.
Learn from your loss, and improve.
