A prisoner of the Solitude incarceration program, Loki is not allowed to use any stargates outside of the Solitude, Syndicate and Outer Ring regions of space. Starting with zero ISK and a corvette, Loki can only win his release from prison by building a Megathron battleship. Purchases can only be made from NPCs and trade with players outside of his corporation (The Solitude Prison Never Learns) is strictly prohibited.
