Vico Leone was born in YC 87. When he was 3 years old his parents - Vincenzo and Capricia Leone - died in a traffic accident. Although his parents were of Gallente origin, Vico was adopted and raised by the Amarr Kor-Azor family. During his studies and military training Vico was mentored by Doriam Kor-Azor.

In November YC 105 Doriam Kor-Azor, ascended to the imperial throne as Emperor Doriam II and Vico became his Military advisor.
After the assassination of the emperor on YC 107.7.4 Vico became military advisor to Dochuta Karsoth, the court chamberlain. In the following years Dochuta’s behavior seemed to be becoming more and more egocentric to Vico. By YC 110 Dochuta had usurped the Imperial throne for himself and Vico was offered the position of consigliere, which he declined.

When news surfaced that a large population of Starkmanir slaves was found in the Ammatar, Dochuta Karsoth pledged to help preserve them. Vico knew that his actual intentions were to have the Starkmanir slaves exterminated.
After a few months of political turmoil, Dochuta Karsoth went missing. Vico stepped down and went home to spend more time with his family.
That same year, at the age of 23, Vico was offered the position of military advisor by the recently ascended Emperess Jamyl I. He declined her offer explaining that he could not agree with Amarr politics anymore. Jamyl understood his motives.

As a token of appreciation for all that he had done for the empire, Emperess Jamyl I made Vico a request which he was only too happy to grant. It turned out that Dochuta Karsoth had fled the Empire and needed to be captured. With the help of the Khanid Kingdom. Vico began launching attacks against the Blood Raiders and managed to capture Dochuta for the emperess.
It is rumoured that Jamyl had Dochuta Karsoth quietly and privately executed by Vico Leone in YC 111, putting an end to a dark chapter in the Empire's history.
