An extremely young looking Achuran girl with a very petite frame, at first look you may think she is on her way to High School. At second look you will notice she is wearing an Imperial Navy Engineer's Uniform, though without checking her ID you'd be forgiven to believe she is just acting a part for some theater play.

Haruka looks like a strange mix of Amarr and Achuran culture, wearing her hair and makeup in the latest Achuran fashions yet wearing traditional Amarr clothing styles. She can be found at most times in her own world drawing new designs in her datapad while humming Achuran pop songs and smiling as if she was drawing cute bunnies while closer inspection would reveal a technical drawing for a missile.

Haruka was adopted in YC108 by the late Matriarch Hoshiko Lightrain, and recognized as a Faithful Amarr Citizen and Holder.
