Born on a meager and decrepit space station on the dark side of Katugumur 1, Obsidia watched her parents work the planet's ice fields while she dreamed of exploring the stars she watched each night in the boudless dark of space. The moment she was old enough to enlist, she left for the Republic Military School's Center for Combat Studies in Ammold V, where the instructors are known for their creative approach to battle tactics. Over time Obsidia grew to feel most at home in the smallest and fastest frigates of the Minmatar Fleet, preferably under cloak.
