Named after a group of stars that looks like an owl, this classy gentleman used to sell suits at a department store in an earlier life. However, demand for his expertise dwindled with the rise of online shopping and he died penniless soon thereafter. Brought back to life as a clone by the obscure Excellent Moustache Preservation Society, he now tries his luck breaking rats and selling what's inside. Much like an owl, he looks a lot smarter than he is.
