ISD STAR (Support, Training and Resources) is the branch of the ISD (Interstellar Service Department) volunteer program that helps with player support. We specialise in helping players with any questions or problems they may have. One of our duties is to maintain a presence in the help channels providing moderation, support and answering questions where required.


We will not discuss any moderation. If you are unhappy about something a member of ISD has done then please submit a support ticket to CCP and a GM will investigate the issue.

ISD members cannot accept any form of donation, so if you want to help someone out please send your ISK or items to a rookie.


STAR is always looking for volunteers with extensive in game knowledge and the ability to cope with stressful situations. If you are patient and have good communication skills you can apply on https://volunteers.eveonline.com. You must be at least 18 years of age and have an account which is not younger than 180 days (6 months).
