Bio
Pilots from the Republic Military School's Center for Combat Studies are known for their creative approach to battle tactics. Captain Blaxis was no exception. After graduating with the highest honors, Blaxis then traveled to military schools across the galaxy, from his home in Minmatar to Gallente, and then on to the Calderi region before reaching Amarr space.

After taking a short break from his studies to assist the SOE with their investigation of a new type of drone not seen before, he completed his studies in Amarr and returned to his home in Sheenins. There he would begin his preparation to travel to the Abyssal deadspace.

He had taken a keen interest in the spacial anomolies leading into the Abyssal space. With the Triglavians invading New Eden on multiple fronts, the special filaments required to warp into the deadspace pockets were not hard to find. Nor was a Calderi rocket boat with enough firepower to take out a battleship.

Upon arrival to the Abyss, he found the most unforgivng, godforsaken area of space he had ever dreamed of. That first visit didnt go so well. The enemies he encountered there were like nothing he had ever seen before. Their ships appeared to be powered by some sort of singularity, and their weapons seemed to get more powewrful by the minute. His kestrel didnt last very long on that first visit, but long enough to see the wonders, not to mention millions in ISK, of the rarities that could be acquired there. His desire to venture deeper grew.

It didnt take long for him to run into other pilots of similar interest at a local hangout known as the Abyssal Lurkers. There he heard tale of pilot after pilot braving this strange and hostile place, many returning with riches almost beyond belief, new technology and materials to build with. As many or more with tales of death and destructiion at the hands of the Triglavian battleships and their fleets. While it seemed a properly fitted Caracal could brave some of the shallower depths of the Abyss, it became clear that to venture deeper a more powerful ship would be required. One ship stood out as an exceptional vehicle for travelling the Abyss, but acquiring one would prove... troublesome.

The Guristas pirate ship know as the Gila was known for its tough armor and high damage weapons. What it was not known for was its affordability. This lead Captain Blaxis to seek help from Gallente Intelligence. As with all ... (dammit char limit) :(
