With the advent of the Capsuleer, a new breed of pirate has taken advantage of their existence. CONCORD, which had been content to leave the pirates be so long as they remained within their own territories, see these pirate-affiliated Capsuleers as a major threat to the safety of the cluster, and will go to extraordinary means to disrupt their operations.
Carter Wight is a traditional pirate in the sense that his operations are not based around some creed or ideology, but rather a plain and simple greed. He's been known to work with many pirate organizations in the past - actions including everything from raids on cargo ships to full-on assaults against CONCORD and empire forces. Despite being a terrorist, Carter is considered to be more honorable than many of his counterparts but is still extremely dangerous and not to be tampered with.
Threat Level: Extreme
Military Specifications:
Carter Wight has gone above and beyond the traditional cloning techniques and has been found using custom body modifications on multipule occasions. Despite the assassinations made on him while outside his capsule - Carter lives on.
Additional Intelligence:
Autopsies on Carter's deceased clones suggest he's taking re-engineerd tech from Sanshas Nation and pairing it with the Serpentis's already high-tech body modifications. This allows him to easily overpower most in combat with the strength and precision of a machine. His exterior frame not only gives him the resistance of wearing a suit of armor, but can be 'fueled' with an unstable booster solution to further these effects - with varying degrees of success.
