Pilots from the Republic Military School's Center for Combat Studies are known for their creative approach to battle tactics. And its that creative approach that eventually put Ginger on the path of leadership. the ruthlessness of the military training is what helped her excel.
After starting a few small time ventures she was eventually given the opportunity to lead Sitarah Biogenics. The biogenics corp was the center of many controversies of the years for SP clone farming. A brutal practice in which a clone is subjected to rapid and ruthless traning within the first few hours of its life. Then all SP awarded to it by AIR for its endeavors are stripped from it and then they are recycled. Their stolen SP then funnled to a Host clone.
Laws would eventually banish this practice, awarding individual rights to all clones. AIR would update their delivery method to accomodate for this change to where only the clone that earned the SP could actually use that SP. Soon after Sitarah Biogenics started to waver but, just when they were on the verge of complete collapse she was approached by some of the longest and most loyal members of Sitarah with a proposition.
The propostion was simple take what funds were left in the coffers and put it towards starting a small outfit of raiders with no offical footprint. They could then preserve their pride in the Sitarah Corp. Even if it needed to be preserved in a shadowy unofficial form of itself. Ginger's military background and expertise of successfully running the ruthless biogenics corp, made her a natural fit.
Thus she took her current position as CEO of the Sitarah Cartel... which does not offically exist and has no members so nothing more to discuse here...
