Grilling is an art, a mixture of temperature control and flavor of the smoke suited to the meal being prepared. EVE is an art, a mixture of temperament and flavor of play style suited to ones desires. If I’m gilling up some steaks, I like it hot and cooked fast to preserve the rareness, and smoke from mesquite wood and hickory. Ribs I prefer to cook slow and low with apple and cherry wood smoke. In EVE, I’m not sure what I’m cooking yet, just getting my station in order to cook what I find pleasing, and experimenting with different flavors. Make no mistake, I’m new to the menu, and finding my own flavor, but no stranger to the fire.
