Angel Cartel (Minmatar Republic "and east from there") often deal ex/kin (ex weighted), but some also do "considerable" EM/kin. Weakest against ex, then kin. Usually shield-tanked.

Blood Raider Covenant (Khanid Kingdom, "particularly those regions near the nullsec region of Delve", western Amarr Empire) deal ~50/50 EM/therm. Weakest against EM, then therm. *mjolnir, inferno

Guristas

Mordu's Legion ("outside Caldari and Gallente space", rarely in all low sec) deals kin/therm damage. At lower levels, they deal ~50/50 kin/therm, but their BSs deal almost 100% kin.
Mordu's Commander, rare belt rat, deals 100% kin and takes kin best.
Mordu's EWAR: webs and points on elite frigs, but otherwise none.

Rogue drones use mostly short-range beam lasers, & deal the damage of railgun ammunition. So usually kinetic and thermal, but a few deal "heavy EM and Explosive". Weakest against EM, with therm being second best.


Sansha's Nation (Stain regoin, Ammatar Mandate regions, Amarr regions) deal EM damage primarily, therm secondarily.
