The Crane is the Caldari Blockade Runner. It is primarily made for hauling small and medium sized cargo quickly and safely, being a covert ops cloak capable ship. Its bonuses to warp speed and warp acceleration, as well as its good base agility make it a very fast ship to travel and haul with.
Since it can fit both a Covert Ops Cloaking Device II and an Interdiction Nullifier I , it is very hard to catch for most hunters.
While its tank is not overwhelming, it can still be fitted to resist basic ganking attempts, though the Caldari t2 resist profile tends to leave a slight EM hole in the shields.
