Portia R Lin was the second ("Two") to emerge from her stasis aboard the starship Raza with no memory of who she was along with 5 other. The role of Captain fell to Two thanks to her knowledge of ship and fleet operations and negotiating tactics. The ship's Blink Drive likely malfunctioned before the crew lost their memories, and since it doesn't work in New Eden it was sold to a Caldari corporate handler for Capsule technology.
Two is supported by a crew that she regards as family: engineering, life support, and navigation are handled by the ship's Android which also serves as a mobile link to the ship's computer. Five has knowledge of mechanics and computers, Three is a weapons specialist, Six pilots the Raza's shuttle Marauder, and Four has martial arts skills, all of which are useful for the combat situations the crew often find themselves in.
As a leader Portia is tough inside and out, showing both strength and compassion. She is determined and headstrong and lets nothing stand in her way.
