Rhavius Victarion was named after one of the less illustrious members of the Rhavii. As the youngest of a brood of six, he was given dispensation by his noble father to do as he wished.

After receiving his inheritance inter vivos, Rhavius decided that he wanted to see everything that New Eden had to offer. So he spent a substantial portion of his inheritance on capsuleer augmentation. After a rather unremarkable transformation, he set out for the stars.
