Pure spite and vengance against Aiko and her kind have driven Jim to create and maintain a network of surveillance scouts in the most vile parts of the galaxy. Codenamed the UedamaScout Project, Jim aims to prevent the very thing that caused his condition for the benefit of all his fellow pilots.
