To find her way in dreams she marked
A star that dimmed and faded
And blinded by the sudden light
She's lost as she awakens
In her desperation she cried out to the world
And raced the river's course to the ocean's mirror
Into the sea's abyss and void she cast her eye
And watched the tranquil dome eclipse the dazzled sky

The silence deepened as she roamed
Among refractiong shadows
That danced and fled before her view
As swiftly as she followed
Underneath the surface of waves far overhead
The vision stirred within drowning out the tempest
She closed her eyes and found yet deeper roiling scenes
Where shadows echoed her remembered star of dreams

Then opening her eyes she saw
Through waters calm and crytal
A semblance of the star she sought
A sinking gem that twinkled
Suddenly illum'ning a constellation bright
Revealed the hidden jewels gleaming in the twilight
Stars shining on her path she hastened to the shore
To call her dreams to light and realize the world

Aglitter in the sky above
Though transient and fading
Reflected in her starry eyes
The hope and joy of morning
Now the day is dawning sun rising in the east
The song of birds and bells wakes the world from dreaming
The dew upon the grass is glist'ning in the light
She walks the meadowed fields and brings the earth to life
