Bio
James Makarovnik finally decided to join his wife, Sasha Makarovnik in eternity as a capsuleer after 7 years of careful consideration. He is happy with his decision and hopes to use his immortality to travel New Eden and explore the cluster as he always dreamed to as a child.
"There's a strange kind of horror, and beauty to knowing you will only die when the data centers that house your digital identity shut down or are destroyed, and that those centers have redundant mirror data storage centers which makes a complete death about as probable as the entire cluster being suddenly swollowed up by a blackhole."
"For a long time I wondered why Sasha wanted to become a capsuleer. It didn't make sense. Life was then, to me, about living a life and then dying, there were somethings that I would never know or experience, and that was fine with me. But now that I'm digital, there is the realization that there is almost nothing I will never know about. My understanding of the universe will be on an incomprehensible scale and I will, "forget" more than humanity has ever known."
