Metatrona was born to a Gallente mother onboard an Amarr station belonging to her ... to the Holder whose forces abducted her mother. After years of playing the part of a broken captive, when Metatrona was 5, they escaped on a visit to a facility in contested space. Her mother had no trouble convincing her to take up their Gallente family name; but by then she was used to being called by the name the Amarr picked for her, so Metatrona stuck.
