I'm laughing out loud at CCP their statement:

"We expect a 100% compliance with quantum core"

Man! How little they understand of their (now deminishing) playerbase!


This is the most idiotic downgrade I've seen in EVE, until now! .... Now I'm hoping for the best and prepare for the very, very worst...

If you think about it... CCP says that they are requiring cores to keep null bloc's from structure spamming... HOWEVER... once they buy cores for all of their structures... they will not need to hardly ever buy any more... BECAUSE... if you blow up a structure... you get the core... so FREE CORE to put in your next structure spamming... when the bad guy blows up your structure, they get a FREE CORE to put in their structure spam
